This page explains what data Sitegoalie collects, why, and who helps us handle it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Sitegoalie is run by BrainFeed Solutions. You can reach us at privacy@sitegoalie.com.
What the WordPress plugin sends
The Sitegoalie plugin runs on your WordPress sites and reports to your Sitegoalie workspace. It sends:
- the site, WordPress and PHP versions;
- the names and versions of plugins and themes, and which updates are pending;
- backup status: the provider, the time, whether it succeeded, and whether the backup is stored remotely;
- the results of WordPress Site Health checks;
- the key pages you choose to track.
When you run a Safe Update, the plugin also sends the results of the key-flow checks and any JavaScript error messages from the pages that were checked. The plugin is read-only unless you switch on Safe Updates for a site.
What the Sitegoalie app stores
- your account name and email address;
- your workspace;
- the sites you have connected to it.
Screenshots taken for Safe Updates are kept for 30 days.
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of providers to run the service:
- Resend, to send email;
- Cloudflare, to take screenshots and run page checks;
- Paddle, to handle billing;
- our hosting provider, to run the app and store its data.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data.
