Who we are
Sitegoalie is run by BrainFeed Solutions.
What the service does
Sitegoalie connects to your WordPress sites through a plugin and shows you their update, backup, health and monitoring status. On plans that include it, Safe Updates can run updates behind a safety net: it takes a backup, checks key pages and flows before and after, and puts the site back if a check fails. Safe Updates is opt-in for each site, and the plugin is read-only until you switch it on.
Your account
You are responsible for the account you create, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for having the right to connect the sites you add.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan covers 1 site and 1 team member.
- Solo costs $9 per month for 5 sites and 1 team member.
- Pro costs $29 per month for 25 sites and 3 team members, with the client portal and Safe Updates.
- Agency costs $79 per month for 100 sites and 10 team members, with the client portal and Safe Updates.
- The full accessibility scan is included on Solo, Pro and Agency.
- New workspaces get a 14-day Pro trial with no card needed, then move to the Free plan unless a paid plan is chosen.
- If you go over your site limit, everything keeps running for 7 days while you upgrade or remove sites.
Prices are per month in US dollars. Payments are handled by Paddle. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges and your workspace moves to the Free plan.
Automated checks
Automated tools find only some problems. The accessibility scan and other checks are aids, not a guarantee, and are not a compliance check.
